Short answer
Use the iOS share sheet: tap the share icon in any app, then choose your save app. With EZ Save installed you pick a folder and you are done in two taps — and it works for links, photos, videos, documents and notes alike. If EZ Save is not in the list, scroll the row, tap More, and enable it.
Step by step
- Open whatever you want to keep — a web page in Safari, a reel, a PDF in Mail, an image in Photos.
- Tap the share icon (a square with an arrow pointing up).
- Choose EZ Save from the app row.
- Pick the folder it belongs in, and save.
That is the whole loop. The value is not the saving — every app can do that — it is that everything lands in one place you can search later.
If the app is not in your share sheet
Scroll the row of app icons all the way to the right, tap More, then switch the app on. You can also drag it up the list so it appears first. Restarting your iPhone once after installing helps iOS register a new share extension.
What you can save this way
- Links: articles, recipes, products, listings, job ads.
- Photos and videos: straight from Photos, or a reel or clip from a social app.
- Documents: PDFs from Mail or Files — tickets, invoices, contracts, statements.
- Screenshots: the receipts, maps and size charts that usually clog your camera roll.
The habit that makes it work
Save at the moment you see something, into a folder, rather than promising yourself you will sort it later. Two seconds of filing beats twenty minutes of hunting. Our guide to decluttering your digital life covers the wider system.
Why not just use Safari bookmarks or Photos?
Because they split your saves by file type. The listing link ends up in Safari, the floor plan in Photos, the contract in Files — three places for one decision. A single library keeps them together, which is the whole point.
